【注意】予約受付は検査日の1か月前からとなります
希望日時のURLをクリックし「利用者登録をせずに申し込む方はこちら」を選択し入力して下さい。定員に達した場合は申込できません。※全国の保健所で匿名・無料で検査可能です。
キャンセルが出た場合は、その都度公開いたします。
