八戸市保健所HIV検査　WEB予約申込受付

説明

★令和8年度「5/14、5/28、6/7、6/11」の申込受付を公開中です
【注意】予約受付は、検査日の1か月前からとなります。
ただし、「6/7」の申込受付は５/15からとなります。
「6/7」特例検査のため、リンク先より日時選択してください。

予約受付開始以降、希望日時のURLをクリックし、表示された画面から「利用者登録をせずに申し込む方はこちら」を選択して入力を続けてください。定員に達した場合は申込できません。
※キャンセルがありましたら、その都度公開いたします。
※全国の保健所で匿名・無料で検査可能です。下記のとおり他保健所での検査もありますので、そちらのご利用もご検討ください。
